However, quite a lot has been achieved in the fight for gender equality, even though the target is still\u00a0 far from being realised. As the world celebrates the International Women\u2019s Day this cominf\u00a0 8th of March 2015, African Ivory seizes the opportunity to celebrate women who have broken the barriers of gender segregation to rise to positions of responsibility in ther societies.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/facesofafricateam?fref=ts\"><strong>The founder of African Ivory, Mrs Delphine Mukete<\/strong><\/a>, informs that the event will take place in Essen, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany. Although the actual date is on the 8th of March,\u00a0 &#8216;we are celebrating this day on the 7th of March, being Saturday&#8217;. The day will begin with a Press Conference followed by a seminar. There will be other highlights within the frame of the celebration like traditional dances from different women groups and nationalities, Nigeria, Cameroun, India and Brazil. Guests will be invited to dine on an international menu (buffet).
